    This is actually just like a BUD (Block Update Detector) It will move even when something updates!

    it depends on where you put it. If it's in the save I would suggest not doing that, also consider whether you really need it ... it's not actually going to get you any votes no matter where you put it.

    depending on where it is, we might tell them to take it off, demote it if it's on front page, or unpublish it. Or if it's just in the comments / a large description I might ignore it ... really it depends on how much it looks to me like they are begging for votes.
