I took the lighten tool, increased my brush to fullscreen size, and clicked a little, and it did make the city look a little better but not dark. But, even though it's dark, it is still good. I just like more color maybe. ... That might make the city better if you can add a little more. (also, this isn't possible in tpt++, there is no lighten tool in that and you can't increase the brish that large) -
