    and dont fill, ignite and fill again, ofcourse it will break. there is an empty button for a reason. it is timed so that it will empty all contents

    Im pretty sure Chaos meant technical malfunctions because obviously if you put in an explosive and set it off, it will explode.

    Oops, that seems to have been fixed.

    Unless you ignite while the fill door is open. That makes it explode as well.
