  excuse me, i missed a point, it also uses bcln, which, while it is breakable, is essentially creating matter out of thin air. Can it do the same without cloning in more fuel?

  Yes but you forget that the "bomb" uses cray, thus making it use an illegal material.

  @fastspeed555: You're funny. A bomb doesn't have to be explosive. The only reason the border lives is because it eats off an explosion. Final verdict? Legally owned.
