An idea i had which took some inspiration from halo. These ships are a new breed of long range attack artillery. The LRNC (Long Range Nuclear Cannon) uses rail gun technology to precision shoot a high yield nuclear shell that can disable enemy ships

    the ship has to be very small to fit in the chamber and the ships are no where near the fight as they are long range artillery not front line ships.

    Problem with this design: What happens, if by chance, an enemy ship get's in the shell's path when its in the ship?
