    the dust/anar goes up and down, to simulate a spin you couldve had fans on both sides, one weaker, and then get two powders, one heavy one light and they would seem to spin. To still get the hight just put a fan on the bottom at a moderately high power. Also, add streamlines for a better effect/to test the fans. (If some1 does this give credit)

    @Alfa (scroll down) Powder toy is really 2D, so unless you have a different version with 3D (which im sure you don't) It is impossible to make particals "Spin".

    Not really a simulation, more of an effect, but +1 BTW, it clumps in the middle after a while.
