In a galaxy far far away space explorers discovered a vast space craft floating abandoned in empty space. this is a (mostly) operational version of the Star Destroyer. ENJOY!

    it's an ion engine... the principle of ion drive is that you fire a small ammount of matter out of the back of the craft and it slowly but surely builds up a very high speed (max so far is 10% speed of light). the ship could suddenly go FTL in the manner demonstrated in the films by using an acclubierre (warp) drive.
