    Wait for pressure in cannon to grow(5-10 secs) thencopy (ctrl+c) THe shell and then paste it in the cannon(ctrl+v). after that spark the iron part and thats it. I am working on better cannon

    legor, the problem is that the VENT doesn't only push in one direction ( yes I said it, I know ), but in every possible way. Now I'm not exactly sure, but if you add another layer of WALL or something similar - that can stand high pressure - around the VENT, that should stop it. Pressure can affect beyond a solid - matters how thick though - even when there are no breaks in it, in TPT.
