    Yeah, Ive been looking at some boats like the vampire to do another boat and I found a submarine like this but electric and I found a story on a PT boat or a submarine filled with idiots that could of got Germany nuked too.

    Well if you're going for a modern design try to scratch up a Shroud Engine for your sub, basically surround it in some sort of metal, extend the propeller and have a bottleneck nozzle at the exit of said metal.
