Slightly larger than a Ford Class corvette, the Bosworth Field class corvettes are geared solely for combat. Carrying more armour than some cruisers and an experimental weapon, the USS Bosworth Field is not to be trifled with.

I'm just drooling over the fact that there are other articulate people here interested in physics! *sigh* If only TPT had realistic subnuclear and quantum physics

And I'm a physics major, it's nice to meet someone with an interest in physics on here. Quantum physics are not my strong point, however.

It's in a warp bubble! Alcubierre drive produces a warp bubble in spacetime meaning the quantum foam has moved out of the way meaning the laws of physics no longer apply in that area where the spacecraft is meaning you can travel faster than light bending spacetime around you. A warp bubble is only about 1000 planck lengths thick.

Cool! I originally was trying to use something like that, but I couldn't get the right visual effect. What I was thinking of here was the warp bubbles from Star Trek

@Quicksilver34 Protons are really good at heat transfer, what you are seeing is the protons taking the heat from the photons in the ring, they then transfer that temperature to the GPMP, changing the gravity effect. This same heat transfer can also start fires.
