So this cozy satelite lab has inevitably spawned the question on what would happen if you had no helmet in outer space?

He is correct though, although your blood would vaporize because of the low pressure and then shoot out of the pores on your skin but mostly it would remain inside you since your circulatory system is a closed system so mostly you would expand 1.5 to 2 times your size and you would remain warm for a couple hours since you would only lose heat through radiation (if you are in a shadow) and you would be cooked and probably vaporized if you are in the sunlight

(continued) If you are talking about being in the endless, unforgiving, void that is outer space then your blood WOULD shoot out of your skin and make you become extremely bloated.(Contrary to popular belief you wouldn't insta freeze as there is nothing to conduct your heat to,otherwise YOUR NOT TOUCHING ANYTHING so you only lose heat through radiation which is extremely slow.) Sorry for any mistakes in explanations or spelling as I typed this as fast as I can BECAUSE I HATE WRONG PEOPLE!!!

Xander you have absolutly no scientific evidence backing up your claim, in space your blood wouldn't turn into the gas as long as your in a space station BECAUSE- The station is pressurized so your blood simply wouldn't expand too quickly and become and gas, and the temperature is kept at survivable levels so that the astronauts will be able to live as long as they merry well please.
