To rank up you have to be better than those with a higher rank than you. If you are of same level you may be ranked the same but usually it will be placed to a vote who is better so that way the group is in agreeance with who has what rank. The rank structure is intially made off of my own decision making process. You can challenge anyone for a premium spot and you can also challenge someone for their rank.

If you do want to be a TECH minecraft you have to use things like PSCN, NSCN, WIFI, ARAY, DRAY or some sort of electrical oriented save.
