    We do a mixture - We take half the samples and evaluate them via supercomputers - and the other half is taken to be dissassembled and studied.

    Your options are: Start dissasembling the structure bit by bit, and finding the exact quantum structure, allowing you to replicate it (Will take years). Or, set your supercomputers to finding a way of finding a much less complicated version, and work up from there.

    The computer analysis of the structure is finally complete, from this alone they discover that almost every neutron must have different properties somehow. However, the structure also seems very similar to that of a multi-cellular organism, this might give a clue to how it is manufactured.
