After research on the motionless neutrons, most tests find that they are just normal neutrons, however when they are still a part of the structure, they appear to have very different properties on a quantum level. The results aren't yet accurate enough to determine exactly what they are composed of, however the supercomputer analysis of the pattern discovered earlier will increase the accuracy of this measurement. -

the_new_powder99999 3rd Feb 2016After some searching the Tacterians find some neutrons that appear to not be moving, and are regularly spaced. This will shorten the time needed to calculate the rest of the structure, and might reveal some hidden properties.
