Basically what it is is a load of binary counters line up so that in 16 spark cycles you can make any possible combination. The order of inputs from top to bottom is: (1--4, 1) -- (1--4, 8), (5--8, 8) -- (5--8, 1)

    Your implementation is too slow for next gen (60hz everything) but cool idea.

    I would've used cray to make the toggley elements but I feel that would over elaborate things, this is only really a concept and I know clear is broken and how to fix it, I just didn't have time to fix it today so first thing tomorrow

    my bad, didn't see inputs were separated in two groups for each side. so speed is relatively good
