  The probes were designed for "we surrender" or "We dont surrender" Things, So, They malfunction and send out a "We dont surrender" Signal. (as taking the quote "We will not surrender and we will only defend ourselfs" Quickly, The Tacterians surround the system, But, They knew the probes could malfunction, And so, They are bringing very weak combat vessals that have communications systems with Eularians.

  We will not surrender wnd we will only defend ourselves, and we have no qualms about helping the Dreii, but only if it is of our own free will, not as a punishment for a crime we as a people did NOT commit.
