If you can ignore the huge amounts of radiation, supercyclones, megatsnunamis, earthquakes and meteor impacts this planet is actually quite habitable. Seeing this great opportunity the Dreii have started a colony on this planet.

  Oh. The thing is, We dont get very much FTL fuel... At least not much spare, Mostly because its all used in inter-galactic transport. Anyhow, We have recently discovered it has hyper-velocity star velocity, Telling us it was once near the central black hole, This means that the bizarcta and exertox should be abundent under the ground too, Thing is with its rapid velocity its hard to reach, However it appears as if it has be sling-shotted by another black hole, And is now heading toward this

  Surely if you can build solar powered ships all around the galaxy you would have a tiny amount to spare, we cannot get to the rogue planet at the moment becuase we don't have any ftl (Faster than light) fuel, once we have the small amount that we require we will be able to synthesize our own.

  Then again, Exertox and bizarcta are rare, But when you find it, Usully there like oceons of them.

  Ahha. From what we know about ftl fuel, It requires a large concentration of exertox and bizarcta (exot and bizr) Both of those are pretty rare... Though we will attempt to find as much as possible - The strangely strong electro-magnetic charge in this galexy should allow for a good amount to be produced. We will look for a exot filled planet in the most electro-magnetized zone.

  We also need a high power output energy source in that system in a small circular orbit around the star (The power source only needs to last 1 second, as long as it outputs a lot of energy in that short time). Without these 2 supplies we will take over a hundred years to get the same progress. This is our final request.

  At the moment all the fuel we have won't even get us to the nearest starsystem. We need enough ftl fuel to send a small fleet to the large nebula about 30 light years away, and then enough to send a fighter sized ship from there to a starsystem about 5 light years away.
