Go into simulation settings (the gear in the bottom right) and change 'Edge mode' to 'loop'

Please tell me, how do you make it so that (for example) if water goes down the bottem, it falls back down from the top? Like, it 'loops'? Please someone tell me :)

I really don't find a reason for people to be offended over a small symbol found in this save because he never intended to promote the idea of nazism. It is just part of a bunch of lines and right angles spread throughout the save.
