dr yeet, do you have any sources to your "water pool" idea? i've seen multiple RBMK blueprints and even an official government explaination of how an RBMK works and NONE of them have ANY mention of a water pool
I think there could have been some kind of improvement. On the real RBMK-100 mk2, there are valves going to the steam separators. I think it would be better, for one, if there was some valve system to use, where each core (1-6) can be isolated and have no water and steam supply. Also, the below area, according to the official RBMK plans, should be a water pool, where water is drawn up from. No proper pipes, except to feed the cores, so that area should be filled up with water.
i think they mean gen1 or gen2
What's an MK1 and MK2 RBMK 1000?
this is RBMK-1000 MK 1 or MK2?
this is WOOW. i boom them
