@Anastasia_616: It is not just a theoretical reactor. It uses almost the same technology as ITER, which is already being built, has some different technological details and to my knowledge, has not yet begun to be built ...

Yes, @Chroniton. It is the design of a tokamak, designed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) team. It is still only a project, but according to them, will produce 3x more energy than the ITER, having half the size.
