The reborn SFPI! Our goal is to develop and identify forms of pseudointelligence and life within TPT in the forms of PSTN bots, computing systems, genome emulators, brain architecture simulations, and anything else we (or TPT AIs we find :D) can think of

By that logic, I guess you could count 2 pixels of CRAY that make CRAY and PSCN as a self-duplicator, but no one would really accept it.

Ah. But in ways it can still be regarded as a compact and improved version of the "coduplicator" that currently holds first place under the "self replicator" search page. The Tetra replicator could also store some information at its center but indeed cannot "move."

Yeah, I saw the other "self replicator," and all it is is basically a line of DRAY and CRAY. The point of my version is that it can replicate anything added to it as well, unlike that one.

i added a binary counter to my "mini transistor" save.

@If you search "self replicator," you can see that your save has pleasantly reached "second place." Program may be indeed unhappy of the concept of one gaining fame over other saves out of the false impression of misinformed superlativity gained from claims made in one's save title and or description; common players believe it openly and end up ignoring the "truth." Like modern popular individuals getting the misinformed credit for the work of long dead intellectuals or inventors.

@Kevino36 Judging by that comment thread, I see that he cannot "accuse" you of making any "claims" aside from having not come upon those other "more compact" replicator designs (perhaps because they never made it to the FP); there may have been some dispute on the definition of "idea." He does have a valid point that you merely have a "new" _design_, but indeed you never claimed to have "invented" _the_ self replicator.

@Kevino36 Indeed it wouldn't be good for one to persist and put down a certain work, but it is quite annoying for some (including myself on occasion) when others go "raving" about an "invention" of theirs while being oblivious that this has already been discovered and perhaps implemented "better." Either one should ensure completely the authenticity and "uniqueness" of their product, or refrain from "claims" about it until these are actively given to it by others with backing.

Some guy called Program is being really rude in the self-replicator save. He's posted 3 times, and in all of them it's like he's trying to start an argument.
