  (i think) you could solve this by taking a random 1 or 0 and writing down the 8 numbers after it is it? i think its 8 numbers = a letter, but anyway if you take a phrase and do the whole line, if it turns out to be gibberish then shift the starting number to the right (or left if you want) until it turns out to be a word, do this for every line and it (might) show the pphrase (i won't do it becuase im too lazy :P)
