@ffgfghgy The Pythagorean Theorem is a proven statement which allows us to find the third length of a right triangle if we know two others. It is found by the formula A^2+B^2=C^2, where A and B are side lengths and C is the hypotenuse. This is a visualization of the Theorem. If you add the water from the squares of the sides, you fill up the largest side.
