NewTrain, I'm guessing that this is being treated like a Nationwide game, where it doesn't count as art. It's actually a game. +1 By the way, nice stuff! Although I will say this, you've put a rather large amount of management on your shoulders, so be careful.

I can't set you random place. You need to choose your fraction and then you will start somewhere in its territory.
