Yep...America's on the right. Although if Mexico is, this wall will have a useful life of maybe a month. Just divert the Rio Grande into the trench, punch a hole in the cooling lines to make the ice that will seal off the liquid nitrogen, then dig out ice underneath. The wall defeats itself. -
