Gravity is one of nature's four fundamental forces, together with electromagnetism, weak force, and strong force. The most precise description is given by the general theory of relativity, which is a consequence of the space-time curvature.

New_man100000: It's on my list of saves to be made. At the moment I am completing a save on dimensions, but soon I will prepare one on space-time.

sassydylan: I am no expert on the subject, but according to some big bang theorists, before the initial event, there was an energy concentration smaller than a proton (a singularity), and at very high temperature. For some reason unknown, this point grew and there was a condensation of energy in matter (E = mc^2), forming everything that exists. I hope I contributed. Thanks for the visit.

Lee2Curt2: The representation of the structure of space-time (4D) as it really is, is impossible, because the screen is 2D. The plan, besides demonstrating in an easier and didactic way, the distortion that the presence of matter causes in space-time, also shows the interweaving of space and time through the diagonal lines.

i was hoping oyu could spread soem light on this. so i was tihnking about the big bang. you know how it basiclly was energy or something transforming. but then i thought what does matter transform into. if matter transforms then what will it transform. everything is made up of matter so i understand if this happend the universe would basiclly transform as well or potentially end but i was hoping you could shed some light on this.
