    This doesn't function as RAM, because the bits can't be controlled... You can turn them on, but then you can only read. And for some reason there are two "read" inputs. I think one set of the METL pixels in the circuit should be NSCN to make it work properly. Probably the set on the right, which would just reset all addresses.
