This engine uses both fusion and fission to create chamber pressure and thus thrust. The fission also maintains a sufficient temperature for fusion.

    This kinda look like when I exploded Deuterium Oxide with Neutrons, it generates negative pressure inside or in the center and in the outside it generates pressure which pushes everything thus becoming an engine.

    And just because it's burning or has plasma inside doesn't mean it's started up - it'll fill with NBLE and CO2 once started.

    You need to wait for it to start up - it will do it automatically, so don't downvote just because it took too long to start up.
