    Look at the coordinates of the particles (press D for more info on HUD, if its off, press H to toggle visibility).. In the PROP tool, select X or/and Y, and set the coordinates of all particles to the point you want.

    I know it's probably obvious, but how do I layer using the PROP tool? I only know the crude BIZR+FILT method.
