I think you should make a new version that can expand properly when already surrounded by materials. CRAY with a ctype of SPRK would do the trick, replacing materials with nothing at all.
So, I put this in a bomb analyzer and couldn't get a reading from it.... mainly because it destroyed the whole thing.
