well, VIBR is the only element able to withstand bomb effectively without excess layering. Unless you want to ban all elements like you see the 90% of people do, you kinda have to use it. (See my fluxed Vibr bunker capable of surviving it's weight in dest, being dunked in antimatter and multiple Singularity strikes, yet it still being able to be destroyed eventually. VIBR is fine if people insist on using the more powerful destroyables
