Just a concept-test. This AI-algorithm is very slow and uses easy defensive tactics. Still, it'll make no stupid mistakes.

    I won with three dots. lame AI, but good job. i did center one, then top-right, then bottom-left and the AI didnt do anything to stop me. meh, fail. try it yourself.

    lol i found a trick that always works, since of what i know, you go first and do bottom left then middle right then bottom right to block him, and to finish up, do top right to win, pretty easy
