    Damage works with progression and support in the invasion. If you have a lot of army support (air and naval attacks) that's more support, for more progression. Progression in the invasion is the damage.

    Hurricane (insert name here) devestates Hawaii. Communications and power in the region are practically annihalated. Storm surge entirely floods the edge of the archipelago. California and Mexico brace for imminent impact, while the storm still strengthens. The typhoon, with sheer size, can effect over 500 million upon arrival. People scramble to make walls or anything to prevent wind and surge.

    HP doesn't exist, this is entirely different from the other games. Technologies unlock when the first nuclear weapon is fired, and individual stats may take quite too long. (I use turning decorations off to mix these for overall national statistics.)
