    Discussion is being done within the United States, whether it's nuclear missiles should come out of their bunkers or not. These missiles are starting to leak uranium, plutonium, and deuterium, and may explode if unattended. Should these missiles be repaired (gain free nukes) or be properly disposed? (international support)
