  Start to try to open up peace talks, my minimum terms of peace are total annexation of all previous German Empire lands and 1 billion USD. Start to set up anti air positions all across our lands and dispatch military police to France. Start to develop anti-ICBM missiles that either take them down in orbit or when they are re-entering the atmosphere. Start to work on getting our own GPS sattelite fleet up.

  i'd also dispatch the navy in the pacific and a couple subs and destroyers the baltic i'd create radars near moscow and i would create new airfields all over the country.

  i'd start to send all sick russians in the U.S just to desrupt there economy tho i'd keep some just to test them with the cure.
