    Start the training of Commisars, whos job is to execute any traitors and to keep morale of the troops high, send them out with every battle movement or long range trip. For the future set up a system of selective picking of troops for every situation. If we are going somewhere hot pick troops used to our western climate or deserts and so on. Order out troops to widen the forests that they have already passed through to allow for better supplies and a better retreat if needed.

    Have the troops make temporary camps every 6 hours, to take a break. Have them chop down the trees there and clear out an opening. 6 hours marching 18 hours taking a break to keep them from going insane. Send out fresh reienforcements and send back the ones who aren't fit to go into the forest. Train and send out 2 squads of our elite troops to keep morale high and execture any betrayers.

    Umm if you could somehow make a larger version of your hussar flag that would be cool, I'm gonna also try to make a larger version but I suck at making eagles or whatever the bird in your flag is
