DragonEggLol Nobody has ever gone as far as the northern plains, a mining team will have to be sent up there basically blind without proper mapping and navigation. The statues and shrines have cost a large amount of tax funds to build, especially considering their size. Sacrifices and even fortune predictions are made every day to the gods, and a new clergy profession has opened up for your people.

DragonEggLol Roads are being built further out into the frontier, this allows for transport of materials through adverse/impassable terrain. Having an escort assigned to EVERY caravan will decrease your army's soldier density by 10%, reducing soldier count per unit significantly.

For the conveyor belts I meant more of a system of pullys powered by gears that are driven around by a gearbox that is powered by steam power, multiple lines to produce one product, diffrent parts. Start to expand toward this little nation, we might want to get some of those riches to trade them off. Continue the study of the northern forests. Send some colonials to our eastern colony, then send the ships and troops further east to the eastern coast of our island.
