    ID:2525812 im not really good with the PROP tool or console so i used my fusion bombs that were created with no editing tools. i belive the are quite powerful.

    set the tmp of the gel to 0 not 100, then it wont conduct

    I don't really know if making gel not conduct heat and have infinite viscosity is possible. From what I checked on the wiki, gel can only conduct heat more well and become less viscous(as tmp increases)
