i want MENU sound effects, like the actual gameplay has no sound but when you interact with the menus it will have special sound effects, and maybe also error sounds for whenever you get an error
History lesson: TPT animations were invented years ago, by users who have since moved on from the game. There are multiple ways of doing it, from the simple-but-ingenious to the fiendishly complex. There have been, and still are, plenty of computers. Search for them. By "add noise" I presume you mean sound effects? Not practical, since they'd be tied to events that run faster or slower depending on the HIGHLY variable framerate.
