@stepan 1. Reactors can use plutonium, and it works much better in TPT. 2. Control rods aren't really possible in TPT and they wouldn't have much of a purpose here by how the fuel acts. 3. There isn't oxygen unless you mean the steam/WTRV, in which case that is normal since most reactors use steam -

Note that something causes water to get deleted from the second cooling loop, if you run the simulation long enough there is no water left in this loop -
