This simulation has a 0.0023% chance to turn on the switch. Pretty simple to do, but amazing how fast chances can stack on eachother making things less and less propable!

    the one section is 1 to 2500, not 1 to 24

    the problem: all is variable,like the merc. it takes variable time to make the way,making it difficult to calculate. you are very good with math!!
