SPIKE!

1 electrode pixel = burnt water

Had a lot of fun blowing it up lol +1

In real life Deut-oxide does not engage in nuclear reactions, quite opposite
-
Andy_Sunrise: yeup. that's the idea - heavy water as coolant. deuterium oxide isnt radioactive as-is too, it's a pretty stable compound
-
i mean URAN
-
lemme get this straight. The DEUT is used to transfer the heat from the POLO to the water and at the same time is also used to cool the POLO?. is that right
-
Andy_Sunrise: CANDU reactor designs use pressurised heavy water. it's a very effective design as deuterium is an excellent neutron moderator, and because of this the reactor can use very low-grade fuel while still maintaining high performance (as the neutrons are slower, they interact with the uranium atoms more readily) ;]

Candu sounds like candy xD
