Boss from a obscure game involving dogfighting, Nemesis. The game has 3 different bosses, corresponding to 3 different planes that can be played. Sadly the game died due to Flash EOL, but the boss is basically an armored fusion gun. No functionality here

  The boss's lore, as stated in the Intel section: "The world cheered as the first fusion generators ushered mankind past the industrial age. In tunnels underneath the great metropolises of the past, a bright red omen burned life into a dark lab. The small team of scientists that created it shuddered in awe of the good that they had brought into the world, and the terrible realization of what it would become. The Arcturus is that blasphemy.
