    This is a very good reactor, Its uses are large, However it is hard to control. Its more like a controled nuclear explosion then a conventional reactor. This could again be used for a few applications

    No, sadly, it isn't fixed yet. That's the issue with plutonium. It's extremely unstable, it can turn into NEUT at any time, thus reacting with other PLUT in the tank. The solution to this would be keeping it away fron reactor, safely pressure-sealed, using CRMC walls and MERC, since if any NEUT touches it, it dissapears.
