    The only country that launched space exploration is Vixian Union (obviously, it's like Soviet Union; Setun came from it), and it's kinda slow, because much of funding is spent to defend from hares. They're about to land on nearest moon for the first time.

    But that's only for foxes. Hares are around 1930s level.

    A bit ahead of humans. On top of tech available to us, they have many military machines that use sound, and something that will be revealed around issue 23 or so. However, they don't have much of computer advantages.
