This tech has existed for a while. I wanted to use it in a bunker. Try to destroy it. Cray and dray cloning something inside is banned.

Well, if it can be destroyed, even if only with cray and dray, it needs to be better. It needs cray at least to prevent the cray from destroying it easily.

is cray(sing) banned? if not my id:2717398 does the deed, otherwise there are weapons that arent of my creation such as vibr's conv drill that kill it

I think I allow inwr/pscn sparked cray,if they don't delete part of the inner wall (non-regenerating) or put something inside the bunker.
