    JozeffTech: The advance ment of these civilzations is very very far off in the 2060, by then the fox population would be gone,unlike cats, where their population will grow and adding to them being so close to a intelligent civilization their own intelligence will grow. Even if humans were somehow able to save the fox population, they would not have any Humans to protect them from wolves/ bears, and they would need to evolve other things instead of intelligence to survive.
