  commit EUclid-Level destruction of rebel territory via Blue Elmos. Blue Elmos are converted mutants from the Elmo Virus, they can reproduce, but their virus can't live outside the Elmo's. Due to a chemical from universe YO-922823, the Elmo's hostility decreased dramatically, allowing diplomacy. However, the Blue Elmos are now working with us due to the majority of Red Elmos angered by the so called betrayal.

  the cause for us drawing Back our ships is,we don't have nearly enought fuel production for Out fleets. we lost Most of it in the colaps,and after that we Bad only a Bit more than we needet to keep the absulute basics going. the litle Bit we Bad more,was stored and everitime we send a ut a large fleet that Takes a huge chunk Out of the colected fuel. and after the tptww's and other smaller conflicts,we have completely Run Out of it,and have less than we need to keep everithing going.

  we are curently experiencting large Problems(clasified Problems) knarock is at only 7 large Ships that we cann keep active (for clasified reasons) and 20 small ones. Most of knarock is completely ofline. we will have to Retreat all Ships outside and Store them untill the Problem is solved. our ground troops will be active as Long as they can,but in the next few weeks they'r reactors will Run Out of fuel. good luck,and farewell.

  and i will send a large fleet of troop cariers. 100 of them, full whit over 10000000 troops and mirmidons ready to atack the Rebels. the fleet will be guardet by 20 troy class ships. rebels are Bad for empires,even when they'r in other countrys.
