Discovered when I messed up a script thing I was doing. COAL can be made impermeable to fire and pressure by editing its properties slightly. It can still be destroyed by other means, such as NEUT.

    Can also be destroyed by low pressure if you use my script (high temp + low pres turns it into graphite, which can melt)
