    Policies: Use a democratic system to elect leaders, two leaders will share power and will have a term of 3 years. Train a simple police force to deal minor ordeals and a militia force of 300. Research the mathematical concepts and create theories and philosophical ideas.

    Infrastructure: Center markets and housing along the coastal areas, move as much non- Biden herders and farmers away from the interior as possible. Upgrade our road networks and houses. Resources: Hire a work force of 400 to construct quarries across the land, if we find any resource of interest find uses for them. Research hotter furnaces and molding. Expand along the shore line of our ocean borders, and into the tundra in search of larger Biden populations.

    Agriculture: Seek out wild Bidens roaming near our northern borders and transport them to our more populated areas. Tame, and breed these beasts in high numbers and use every resource on their body for whatever they can be used for. Cultivate all edible flora we can find in large numbers, and research simple pumps and irrigation for more sustainable crop production.

    For anyone who actually is interested, nationwides like Galaina last for upwards of a few years, anyone who isn't ready to potentially dedicate several hundred hours of their life might want to reconsider if they want to participate.
